Fees and Deadlines for Participants and Guests
Your fee covers three meals daily in the dining room (except for one evening when dinner will not be served) including the now famous Medomak Lobster Feast (alternative menu available), group lodging, participation in large and small group sessions as space and time allows, use of facilities including waterfront, tennis courts, canoes, kayaks and sailboats, hiking trails, basketball court, as well as indoor and outdoor study areas. Please note the surcharge for private lodging listed below.
Fees for spouses/significant others, guests, and other family members include the same meals as the participants, lodging, and use of waterfront and other recreational facilities.

* Applications and application fee due by March 1, 2008. Applications submitted after
this date will be considered only if there are any openings still available.
** Applicants receiving an invitation must reply within five days to accept or decline the invitation.
*** Participants withdrawing by May 15, 2008 will receive a 100% refund. From May 16 to
May 31, 2008, participants withdrawing will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be
given on or after the final payment deadline of June 1, 2008. Instances of extreme and
dire circumstances may be considered for exceptions at the sole discretion of
Conductors Retreat at Medomak.
**** Arrangements for daytime activities for children may be made directly with the
staff at the Medomak Retreat Center. Please contact the Medomak Retreat Center by May 2, 2008 at 301-854-9100.
The 2008 application deadline has passed, however applications submitted now will be received and considered, as a few positions occasionally become available during the weeks prior to the beginning of the Conductors Retreat.
